The PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) chart portrays the strategic progression of the LIFE SUNIFIX project across seven distinct work packages (WPs). Beginning with Project Management (WP1), the initial phase involves planning and preparation (WP2) for the subsequent Construction and Installation (WP3) of the SUNIFIX technology. Following this, Scale Up and Demonstration (WP4) validate the technology at 5% of full scale, while Impact Monitoring & Evaluation (WP5) assesses project outcomes using Key Performance Indicators. Dissemination & Communication (WP6) ensures effective information sharing, and Sustainability, Replication, and Exploitation (WP7) focus on long-term viability, replication strategies, and potential commercialization. This visual representation clarifies the sequential and interdependent nature of each work package, illustrating the comprehensive approach employed in the LIFE SUNIFIX project. Below is the time plan for these WPs. Numbers represent months so the project spans for a 36 months of period.

Anticipated Outcomes:
The LIFE SUNIFIX project anticipates groundbreaking results in advancing sustainable fertilizer production through its innovative SUNIFIX® technology. With a commitment to environmentally friendly practices, the project aims to demonstrate the feasibility and scalability of this revolutionary process across all seven Work Packages. By utilizing cutting-edge simulation tools, rigorous technical administration, and continuous optimization, the expected output includes enhanced efficiency, reduced environmental impact, and a streamlined fertilizer production process. The project envisions not only meeting but exceeding predefined technical standards, paving the way for a sustainable and eco-friendly future in the agricultural sector. Stay tuned for transformative outcomes that contribute to a greener and more sustainable world.
